Manage a team of 8 formulators located in China and India, consisting of senior technical manager, manager, principle scientists, senior scientists and scientists to support business growth by introducing NPD,L&A and external innovations for Asia Pacific region including Xian Janssen OTC.Develop pipelines for China, India, ASEAN and Pacific markets by working closely with local strategic marketing and Global Franchise Organization teams to understand patients and consumer needs. Develop and implement L&A strategy for China and India by working closely with BD, legal and other technical teams to achieve“Speed to Market” or to enter “White Space”.Lead External Innovation Programs to develop technology platforms with long term business value or “White Space” innovation by managing and collaborating with external institutions/universities, CROs, and technology development companies.Lead or co-lead upstream innovation or external innovation to enter nonalleviation area such as naturals, medical devices, etc, by working closely with global R&D
